About Stillpoint
A nervous system wellness studio rooted in consistent practice — not temporary escape.
Stillpoint is a modern wellness space built on a single understanding: that many of us are living with dysregulated nervous systems without knowing it. Through sound healing, breathwork, somatic practices, and guided reflection, we help create the conditions for the body to return to balance.

"This is not wellness as performance.
It is wellness as reconnection."
Our Values
What we believe.
Safety First
Regulation begins when the nervous system feels genuinely safe. We design every session, space, and interaction to honour your body's own pace — never pushing, always guiding.
Consistent Practice
Nervous system wellness is not achieved in a single session or retreat. It is built through returning to these practices regularly. We support that consistency with every offering we create.
Science-Informed
Our work is grounded in nervous system science — somatic experiencing, the Inner Strength Breathwork method, and the physiology of stress. But we never let science get in the way of being human.
Depth Over Trend
We are not interested in quick fixes or wellness performance. Every practice at Stillpoint is chosen for its depth, efficacy, and ability to create genuine, lasting change.

The Founder
Urjaa Singh
Stillpoint was founded by Urjaa Singh — a certified breathwork facilitator, certified Tibetan sound healer, wellness coach, and practitioner trained in somatic exercises and bioenergetic practices. Her training has taken her across India, Dubai, and Thailand, where she studied different approaches to breath, sound, somatics, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and body-based healing.
The founder came to this work through her own experience of burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the slow, often unglamorous journey of learning to feel safe in her own body again. She tried the usual routes — productivity strategies, mindset work, talk therapy. What actually helped was coming back to the body.
She realised that a person can be self-aware, high-functioning, articulate, and still deeply dysregulated.
She was drawn to the space traditional wellness often misses: the place after insight, where the mind understands everything but the body is still bracing.
That is where Stillpoint begins.
She does not promise instant transformation, dramatic release, or a new you. Stillpoint is built on something more honest — the practice of returning to balance, again and again, until the body begins to trust safety as a lived experience, not just an idea.
The work draws on breathwork, Tibetan sound, somatic practice, and guided reflection — held together by one principle: the nervous system is trainable, and regulation is built through repetition, not revelation.
For the people who have done the thinking, but still feel stuck.
